You create an account, purchase the required credits, upload your original file, select the desired modification type (Stage 1, DPF OFF, etc.), and receive your modified file within an average of 15 minutes.
What are the costs of using your service?
You pay per file using a credit system. There are no fixed monthly fees or mandatory subscriptions.
Do you use a credit system or pay-per-use?
We use a flexible credit system. You purchase credits in advance and use them when requesting a file service.
What file types do you accept in the portal (.bin, .ori, etc.)?
We support .BIN, .ORI, .FRF, and other common tuning formats.
What is the average delivery time for a file?
Typically within 15 minutes during business hours. With our 24/7 automated solution, you can also receive files outside of working hours.
Are your files custom-made or generic?
All files are custom-made, dyno-tested, and developed by EFI-certified engineers.
How do I request a new file through the system?
Log in, click on 'New file request', upload your original file, and specify your requirements. You will receive the modified file once it's ready.
Which vehicles and ECUs do you support?
We support thousands of vehicles and ECU types, including Bosch, Siemens, Delphi, Denso, and more. Our database is globally leading.
Can you also disable DPF, EGR, AdBlue, and other functions?
Yes, we offer reliable software solutions for disabling DPF, EGR, AdBlue, NOx, Start/Stop, Lambda, and more.
Can you disable DTCs or add custom functions?
Yes, we can disable error codes (DTCs) and implement custom functions upon request. Just mention this in your file request.
Can I request help with errors or issues through the portal?
Yes, you can submit a support request via the customer portal. Based on a file request, it’s possible to request support. You can specify the issue you’re experiencing, and our engineers will have a look. It always helps to include as much additional info as possible, such as datalogs or a fault report.
Do you offer technical support outside the portal?
Yes, via our support page and videos for those needing help with tools or getting started with tuning.
In which languages is your support available?
Our support is available in Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.
Do you also offer dyno-tested files?
Yes, all our performance files are tested on a dynamometer (dyno) for safety, reliability, and performance.
Are your files tested or insured against damage?
Our files are thoroughly tested. Damage resulting from hardware issues or incorrect use is outside our responsibility.
Do you offer training or guidance for new tuners?
Yes, via our support page and personal guidance. You can also schedule a free appointment with a specialist for advice.
Do you have partner programs or dealer packages?
Yes, you can become a reseller via our portal or integrate our database via iFrame or API. We also offer dealer support.
Are there discount structures for large volume purchases?
Yes, you receive volume discounts when buying larger quantities of credits. Ask our team for the current price list or view it in your account.
Can I use multiple tools simultaneously within my account?
Yes, you can use multiple tools (such as Autotuner and KESS3) under one account.
What happens if I accidentally upload the wrong file?
Contact us immediately through the portal. If the file hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel or adjust the request.
How is my payment or credit usage processed?
When requesting a file, the correct number of credits is automatically deducted from your account.
